THE FANUC ROBOTICS AFTER SALES MODULE (ASM) - YOUR ROBOTS HISTORY
From the date of the robot sale and installation, your robot is included in the FANUC Robotics After Sales Module (ASM). From this point on any upgrades or service work carried out on your robot by FANUC Robotics is recorded. This enables us to provide our customers with a better support service, we can determine at a glance the age and history of the robot, making the diagnosis of any problems much quicker and easier.
Your benefit from the AFTER SALES MODULE (ASM)
• The service history of your robot available at a glance, including any spare parts replaced by FANUC Robotics.
• Full knowledge database available to our Service Engineers.
• Online and offline parts availability.
• We store your controller back-ups on our secure ASM which are available for you if needed.
• After any actions performed on your robot you receive a detailed report of the work and any recommendations in PDF-format, either on a USB-stick or by Email, with a copy of your back-up.
